The building router is from Araknis - it's a new building and I used to be able to log into the router's portal using the default admin credentials but I can't access 192.168.1.1 any longer. I would consider that more an insatisfactory Internet access as opposed to no internet access with different root causes and different needed actions. How do you determine? What does traceroute tell you? Now, 4 weeks later, the internet works sometimes but usually we're connected to the wifi network and no internet access
